Refund Policy

1. Merchandise Refunds

Some of our merchandise may be fulfilled and shipped by third-party vendors. Because of this:

  • Refunds, exchanges, and returns are handled directly by the fulfillment provider.

  • Each provider may have its own rules regarding damaged items, sizing issues, or incorrect orders.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact the merch provider using the instructions in your order confirmation email.

If you need help locating the provider, you can contact us and we will assist you.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Digital products (if any)

  • Custom-made or printed-on-demand items, unless they arrive damaged

  • Items that have been worn or used

  • Items without proof of purchase
     

3. Donations and Support Payments

All donations made through the “Support Us” section are non-refundable, as they go directly toward band-related expenses, performances, and activities.

Please double-check the amount before submitting a donation.

4. Incorrect or Damaged Merchandise

If your item arrives:

  • damaged

  • misprinted

  • missing

  • incorrect
     

Contact the merch provider within the time period listed in your confirmation email.
Most providers require notification within 7–30 days of delivery.
